Nevertheless, we made the best of the PB&J Concert at the Tukwila Community Center. I think the high was 71 that day. We were the first ones (and only ones for awhile) at the splash park!
Kade wasn't too interested in getting wet that day, so he was more than happy for lunch time. Oh, I treated them well and picked up some Happy Meals to make packing a bit easier. Do not judge. ;)
Brock LOVED dancing to the music. He was jumping all around!
It worked out well Kade is still "scared" of the grass - he didn't wander too far at all and stayed right in the tent. :)
Brock was too funny - here he told me he's getting his arms ready for the next song. Fun day even if the sun didn't come out.
When the sun did come out, we headed straight for the "beach!"
I love Newcastle Beach Park. It's a lot smaller than Coulon in Renton and just feels a bit safer. Again, we were the first ones on the beach that day and the water looked so refreshing - very clear (and cold)!

Had to sneak one in here of Brock's cute outfit for Church......
And today we were back out at Meadowcrest Park. All the moms around know this is a fantastic playground - it's gated all around!! :)
Kade loved the swings.... he was sooo relaxed!

I think Brock ran to every single thing on this playground at least twice. He would run from one side to the other and then back again. Yes - get all your energy out!!

Kade watched big brother use the mallet to bang on these pipes one time and off he went to copy him. He succeeded several times making the noise!
Which made Brock try to do it harder and harder.....
Okay, back to the other side of the playground.... let's look for ladybugs!
Brock found a Husky/Bear thing!
