We got a puppy! He's a big puppy. This is Moose and we brought him home in January at 15 weeks old. He's a black brindle Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) - the alpha from his litter - he's going to be a big boy!
Diesel was excited to meet him outside in the driveway when we first brought him home, but when he realized he was here to stay, he definitely had some choice words for the new pup. Our grumpy old man husky had to make sure Moose knew his status and growled at him for a solid two months whenever he went by ANYTHING.... "oh, you're smelling the trash can.... GROWL.... oh, you're smelling the door.... GROWL..." (you get the picture)
As long as Moose wasn't touching him, Diesel was okay with his presence.
At 4-5 months old, Moose had no problem filling out Oscar's sweaters!
It was a cold winter.... he liked to stay warm!
He's a big baby - loves cuddling with Diesel on his bed and just wants to be with his family!
Congrats Moose! You passed your puppy kindergarten!!!
Here are Moose's parents. His Father, Slony (left), is a Grand Champion and his Mother, Maleficent (right) is a Champion - both AMAZING dogs!!

Getting a little bit longer....
We forget that he's still a puppy because he's just so darn big, but then there are times when he goes after bubbles and we all remember. :)
He's ready for Kade to blow more bubbles!!
