T-Ball: Season Two

Brock returned to the Cary Braves team for his second season of t-ball! After a month of practicing, the kids were ready for their first game!

We got a new coach this year - Coach Liz. She was awesome! Really taught the kids mechanics AND how to have a lot of fun. Sorry - bad camera angle through the fence!!

Kade enjoyed playing with his buddy from last year - they were so cute together!!

And we upgraded our travel gear this year to make life a little easier! It was like a victory ride after every game!

 The leftie may have done a little at-home practicing too!!

 

 
And the hitting... the thing every kid loved the most!

There was a game every week! Brent signed up as an Assistant Coach again this year - they liked having him run the lineup and hold the clipboard! ;)

As the weeks progressed, Brock got a little more confident in his fielding too!

 His goal every week was to match his big cousin and get a homerun! ;)

Homerun!!!

When it was his turn with the class "pet", his journal entry was writing about how Spike watched him hit that homerun! My proud guy!
