First Day of Preschool

Brock is enrolled in the Bellevue College Co-Op Preschool program this year. It meets once a week and is as much of a "school" for Brock as it is for me. Every other week half the mothers (or whichever parent/grandparent attends the class) meet in a group for an hour discussing parent topics relevant to this age. Then the following week we swap with the other half and watch the children explore each of the play stations.

The last 30 minutes of class is circle time where we sing songs and play with the parachute or other fun group activities. This will also be the first time I'm really exposed to the new rules prohibiting certain foods from being brought in.... as in snack has to be brought in unopened containers with "peanut free" and "gluten free" clearly marked on the box. Nothing homemade anymore! Yeah.... I'm going to stick with bringing fruit on my day!
Brock had a fun day and even more special that Brent was there to watch him on his very first day of "school"!
Pooped after a long day!
